Austin F1 Grand Prix Colonial Mansion Hospitality Packages
This splendid Spanish Colonial Mansion only 9 minutes away from downtown Austin,
features 8 bedrooms, 5 full & two half baths,
3 kitchens, and 3 livingrooms sitting on a
private acre lot, offering stunning sunset views from almost each room of the mansion, is
just spectacular. The master kitchen features granite
counter tops and state-of-the-art
William Sonoma appliances. Enough can't be said about this mansion, there's a sitting
room with views and a bar/entertainment room giving access to the exterior twelve
person spa. We truelly love it so much that we hope our guests will like as much.
Clients fortunate enough to stay at this castle will enjoy the top floor
balcony
to simply chill (or get drunk) and watch the most beautiful sunsets in Texas.
At such close proximity of downtown Austin, this mansion is ideal to those
who prefer to stay away from city life, while close enough to the action.
The Dining room sit
8 person off the main kitchen and another 8 in the
outdoor dining area off main kitchen balcony, plus there are two 4
top tables on other balconies.
Fully equipped kitchen, Washing
Machine & Dryer, 3 Fireplaces, Two separate apartments are
located downstairs, off either side of a 7 car garage, each
with a bedroom & kitchen. There is a 6 seat poker
table
with chips in the livingroom on the larger of the two
apartments.
This mansion can easily accommodate
an entire African tribe with room to spare but we
will
limit occupancy up to 16 lucky
guests.
This
property is
near Lake Austin and Travis. Thus,
securing a boat for an
afternoon cruise could be
arranged & clients bearing those
2 names, could
be up for a very special treatment on our
account!
Each bedroom includes linens and two separate beds
or a King/queen bed for couples, while all bathrooms are
stocked with towels,
shampoo/conditioner and body wash
for guests. You
will
also have the internet and cable television.
Services included: 2 Dedicated SUVs for guest's Airport pick up and
drop
off, transfers to and from the
Formula1 sessions and race, Transfers
to
and from Austin's bars and nighclubs, VIP's Access coordinator and hosts on
site, a chef's on staff for a great Texas welcoming barbeque party on Saturday.
Self service open bar offering fine wine, champagne, beers, soft drinks, snacks
